Questions
- Do I keep the patterns?
- Yes. A pattern you get with a credit is a normal purchase: it stays in your library and you can download it whenever you like, even if you leave Premium.
- Can I use a credit on any pattern?
- On any pattern its designer has opened to credits; those say “or 1 Premium credit” under the price. Every pattern costs one credit.
- What if I don’t use my credit?
- It rolls over, up to 3. Credits from packs never expire.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Premium runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Monthly credits stay spendable for 30 days after that, and pack credits stay for good. Payments and credits aren’t refunded.
- Does the designer get paid?
- Yes. Every time you spend a credit on a pattern, its designer is paid £4.
