For designers

Who gets paid?
You do, directly. Each shop is its own Stripe account, so money from a sale lands with the designer, not with us. We take 8% of it, on pattern sales and membership payments alike. Stripe’s processing fee is yours on top, because you are the merchant.
Can I bring my patterns from somewhere else?
Yes. Upload your PDFs and set your prices. Nothing stops you selling the same patterns elsewhere at the same time.
What stops people sharing my PDFs?
Every download is stamped with a watermark tied to the buyer and logged, so a leaked file can be traced back to the account it came from. It is not DRM and it will not stop a determined copier, but it makes casual resharing traceable.
Do my customers need an account with you?
They need one login, which works across every Loopstore shop they buy from. Their library follows them, so a maker who buys from three of your peers still has one place to read.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Until you point one at us, your shop lives at yourname.loopstore.shop.
What happens if I leave?
Export your customer list and your patterns and go. Your customers are yours; we do not email them without you.

For makers

Where are my patterns?
Everything you have bought or unlocked is in your library, grouped by the shop it came from. One login covers every Loopstore shop.
I cannot find my download
Buying a pattern gives you the PDF to keep; open it from your library and download it again whenever you like. A membership gives you reading access rather than the file.
My sign-in link did not arrive
Links expire after an hour and work once. Ask for a fresh one, and check your spam folder — the first one often lands there.
Cancelling a membership
Manage or cancel from your subscriptions page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. You keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
